I need to unblock the "only senders in addressbook filter"

2 months ago when I was briefly inundated with spam (Avast may now help) I found and selected an "Only accept messages from senders in your addressbook" filter.

It unfortunately blocks messages bounced in from my Domain so I need to unblock this filter.

I cant find it so I cant unblock it. Any ideas to where to look?
