Tape recording from computer sound file

How do you copy to a cassette tape from a web site's live sound file? What gizmos or parts do I need to get?

The cheapest way is to hold a microphone near your computer speakers.

What gizmos? If that's not too exotic, you may want to try a soundcard with line out?
