Establishing a local Wi-fi connection Company

Ok, just wondering if anyone knows how this would be possible.

In a 100clients/urbanization basis

What equipment would be needed to run such service? What is the cost of mantaining this equipment running? How many employees would one need? Any advice is greatly appreciated

for a 100 clients it's sometihing you can do alone and have enough time left for a (part-time) job.

As a hobby it'll cost you a few thousand/year (the initial costs are the highest due to buying a load of accesspoints and other haardware.) It also depends on your plan.
