thanks for this article it is most useful. I agree with other posts that a more involved version would be really helpful: handling bounce-backs, undeliverables etc. Thanks.

It's surely simple but the difficulty of the subject is in autmatic mailing list management : subscribing, unsubscribing, email modifying and, last (?) but not least,  retrying (or not) unsuccessed sendings
