When using this scriplet, the right-click functionality of the browser is disabled/doesn't work.  How can we either get this back or any ideas of a work around?

We have been using this scriplet on our intranet site.  Users have commented that it is confusing when returning from a link, the page always reverts to the first tab.  Has anyone come up with a way to return to the tab which was open when the browser left this page?
